Valintin Popov, Bio

 

Valintin Popov was born in Kiev Ukraine in 1956.

He studied painting and the history of art at the prestigious Academy of Fine Art of Ukraine from 1969 to 1974.

He is a master of a hyper realistic style of painting and is a much sought after portraiture artist.

Popov is currently based in Oakland, CA

Popov’s work is in the collections of many museums, both in the United States and abroad including;
